Rowan Embry is a passionate healer and guide with a wide range of experience in holistic wellness. As a certified Reiki Master in Usui Shiki Ryoho, Holy Fire, and Dragon Reiki, Rowan helps others find balance and healing through energy work. With training in Kundalini Yoga, she supports others in using breath and movement to awaken inner energy and promote well-being. Rowan also practices Mind Magic (shoutout to Tracy Litt!), helping people shift their thought patterns and step into personal growth and transformation.
Rowan is a co-founder of the Empowerment Equ8tion podcast alongside her spiritual sister, Lyra Vanguard. Together, they’re helping people discover that the path to connecting with our higher selves looks different for everyone — but it’s the most important connection we’ll ever make.
